If you have the willpower, we'll give you the grace.
In the fitness industry, functional and natural movement is the most recent focus.  However, we've been walking, running, and jumping in highly supportive shoes.  Advanced shoe technology has allowed us to cushion and control motion in our feet and ankles.  This advance support does not allow full articulation where we really need it.  We've lost flexibility and mobility in crucial joints.
