LIFT Performance Enhancement uses a holistic approach to training.  We will look at your entire body, your work as well as your play, your stress as well as your recovery.  Training programs are based on your needs and your desires.  Indoors or out, gym or living room, sport or recreation, team or individual...everyone presents with their own set of parameters.  We will work with what you have and push you out of your comfort zone when appropriate.

LISA H. JAMISON

Lisa has been working in sports and fitness for nearly 30 years. She graduated from the University of Connecticut with a degree in Sports Medicine/Athletic Training and became a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). She later became a USAT Level 1 Triathlon Coach, a USAC Level 3 Cycling Coach, a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT FL MA42488) and a YA-200 Yoga Instructor. Her education continues as her interests change, she experiences new activities, and as the needs of her clients evolve. 




"My training comes from both sports and fitness.  As an athletic trainer and strength and conditioning specialist, I evaluate movement and performance.  Participant objectives are always essential to selecting the training modality.  I combine skills in injury prevention and rehab, corrective exercise, and sheer enjoyment to help each individual goal."
