The Gravity Training System® allows the user to work functional movement patterns (that's "real-life skills"), whether that's for health, fitness, or sport performance.  Under a watchful eye, proper biomechanics (that's "perfect form") can be enhanced.  You work a full range of motion using your own body weight as resistance.  The adjustable gliding platform and dynamic pulley system allow you to integrate traditional resistance training, stretching, Pilates, and endurance training to train in the most functional way.

Personal Training on the GTS® will meet your individualized needs.  Whether it is for sport, fitness, injury prevention, or post-rehab, you will train movement patterns specific to your needs.  Some choose the one-on-one method as a constant form of training, while others use it short term to ready for small group sessions.  It's personalized; we'll build the program for YOU!

Small Group Training on the GTS® is the choice of training for many.  You have the benefit of being under the watchful eye of a qualified trainer with like-minded training partners.  Groups are small with a maximum of five participants.  Please contact me for available times.
